of £50 to the payment whereof

this 14" day of February 1807 the condition of the above obligation
is such that whereas marriage is shortly intended to be solemnized between
the Above Bound James Green & Rach. Folsom e Daughter of Anna folsome
of this County James Folsome the father being dead now shall it always hereafter appear that
there is no Just Cause to Obstruct the said Marriage then the Above
Obligation to be Void Else to remain in full force & virtue. "State of Missouri, County of Boone, On this first day of January A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and fifty one personally appeared before me, a justice
of the peace, within and for county and state aforesaid, James Green,
aged sixty two years, a resident of Boone County in the State of Missouri,
who being duly sworn according to law, declares, he is the identical
person who was a private in the company commanded by Captain Heady in
the regiment of mounted horsemen commanded by Col. John Callaway the
whole commanded by his Excellency Isaac Shelby Govenor of the state
of Kentucky, in the war with Great Britain, declared by the United States
on the 18th June 1812. That he volunteered on or about the first day
of August A.D. one thousand eight hundred and thirteen for the term
of three months and was honorably discharged in Kentucky in November
A.D. one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, as his certificate of
discharge has been lost he refers you to the muster rolls. He makes this declaration for the purpose
of obtaining the bounty land to which he may be entitled under the "act
granting bounty land to certain officers and soldiers who have been
engaged in the military service of the United States" passed september
28th. 1850. Sworn to and subscribed before me the day
and year above written and I hereby
certify that I believe the said James Green to be the identical person who served as aforesaid and that he is of the

That they were well acquainted with said James Green during his lifetime
and attended him as physicians during his last illness and further state
that they know he died on the 19th day of August AD 1866 " 1867 Estate Document.
"Allen McKinzie hereby makes application for Administration
on the Estate of James Green, Decd
he states the the widow - Margaret Green declines to Administer
thereon, that the said McKinzie is interested in said Estate as one
of the Distributers thereof his wife being a daughter of said Green
Decd. That the effects and property of said Estate to the best of his
information and belief are of the probable value of one thousand dollars.
That said Estate is liable to waste and depreciation unless collected
and cared for, He makes oath that the following are the hiers of said
Decd. To the best knowledge
of this affiant To wit: Mary Dusky wife of John Dusky, Jemima Cannon,
Jessie Green, Levi Green, John J. Green, James Green, Squire Green,
William Green, Thomas D. Green, Eli Green, Nancy Niel wife of Squire
Niel, Teresa Niel wife of William Niel, Eliza J. Ewing wife of Abram
Ewing, Margaret A. Robard wife of Squire Robard, Sally A. McKinzie wife
of Allen McKinzie. That the said James Green died without a will,
that he will make a perfect Inventory of and faithfully administer all
the Estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will
extend and the law directs and account for and pay all assets that shall
