Robert Williams -- It is my thoughts that this could be the father of Charles Williams who marries Lewis Green's dauther Polly.

William indicates that his father was from SC which makes this a good source. As you can see from the Lewis listing above, there is one Male and one Female under 10 years old. This would be our William and Polly. He and is wife were between 16-25 years old making them both born between 1775 and 1884. If I were to speculate I would guess that William was probably the second child born in 1800 and Polly was born first probably in 1798-99. I would also venture to guess that both Lewis and his wife were probably around 20 or so when they got married so both were probably born somewhere around 1780 or so making them 20 or so in 1800.

We don't know for sure where Lewis or William were in 1810. There are cousins who believe that he was in Adiar County KY but I am not convinced that this is our Lewis. I believe instead that the Lewis listed in that census is the son of either the Edward or William that is found in the same census record.
