- All submissions should
contain one simple-text document such as a "MS-Notepad" or
"MS-WordPad" file, with a description of the object or objects
being submitted for the "Show & Tell Page" along with
up to 5 or 6 pictures preferably in a J-Peg format. These submissions
would be preferred in a Zip File format but can be individually e-mailed.

- As Editor of the MLML
"Show & Tell Page", Longshot will have the right to resize,
crop or otherwise enhance all photos submitted and to edit all descriptions
or to reject any or all parts of the submissions. All rejections will
be made by e-mail with an explanation. The sender may then make needed
changes and resubmit or make a formal appeal to Old Fox at ThisOldFox@aol.com
Old Fox has the final say.

- All submissions will be
posted for at least 7 days or until the next submission comes in or
as soon as Longshot can get to it. All submissions will be posted in
the order they are submitted except in special circumstances as dictated
by Old Fox.

- Old Fox and Longshot shall
have the right to use any photo or parts thereof unless otherwise specified
when submissions are made for use on the MLML website. (This right shall
pertain specifically to the MLML web-site and does not entitle Old Fox
or Longshot to use such submissions for their own personal use.)

- Any or all submissions
may be refused for any reason by Old Fox, or by Longshot with all appeals
to be made to Old Fox at ThisOldFox@aol.com
and again, Old Fox has the final say.
